Borrow Fees	(assets borrowed) / (total assets in pool) * 0.01% per hour
Swap Fees	0.2% to 0.8% of trade size, depending on BLP capacity 0.01% for swaps between stables
Execution fee	4 CRO execution fees as Keeper's network fees (gas) for executing positions and orders.
